Natasha is passionate about creating a culture where mid-career women make leaps + pivots to break into senior leadership roles and start profitable businesses boldly. As the Founder of The Careerist, she has mentored over 50 women – both employees + entrepreneurs in their personal career shifts.

Prior to starting her company, Natasha supported senior leaders in Fortune 100 companies with change for their workforce globally. She has worked for the world’s best management consultancy and her clients include three of the five supermajor oil companies. Natasha holds an MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change from Heriot-Watt University.

During her 20-year corporate career, Natasha worked in largely male-dominated environments where she witnessed firsthand the unfair, unspoken biases + unwritten rules for women in the workplace. She felt a quiet calling to lead other women through their personal change journeys.

Her career consultancy + agency is centred around The Careeristas community – a safe space where women can seek mentorship + mutually mentor each other. Natasha champions career and start-up programs through online education, coaching and events – for both individual and corporate clients.
