Before my daughter was born, I started collecting a series of Little People, Big Dreams books. The series started out as stories about how amazing women changed the course of history or the world, in their own right. We started with Maya Angelou, Amelia Earhart, Coco Chanel and Marie Curie.
In designing my business, it made me reflect a lot on the impact I wanted to have. At this point in my career and life, my motivations are above monetary gains alone. I thought hard about how I could truly package up my lifelong experience and share it with as many women as I possibly could. How could I serve womankind in the best way I know how?
I experimented with different business models and offers yet everything felt flat. I thought about what I truly wanted in my career – what would have made a real difference to me as a rising female executive?
Our Playing Big Success System
That’s how the Female Career Revolution was born.
As a former executive myself, I yearned for something that showed me the ins and outs of career success as an integrated whole, not just the sum of its parts. That’s the playing small mentality – focusing on specific interventions like CVs, resumes, interviews or applications.
Upleveling to executive levels requires us, women to adopt the playing big mindset. Boldly investing in each aspect of our success system during specific growth seasons of life and career.
I wanted to show women that success is a ingrained in a system with different moving parts. At any one time, we’re all juggling balls in the air. Our priorities define which balls simply cannot drop so we focus on juggling those while holding the other balls steady in the back burner.
Executive Upleveling Unique To Women
The Female Career Revolution or FCR is a success system combining all the different aspects we need to focus on in different life and career seasons, depending on our individual needs and desires.
There is no one true formula because we are all unique.
I broke down the aspects of my career where I struggled and also where I found success. I leaned on the feedback I gathered as a manager and mentor from my corporate experience to shape the delivery of this framework.

Alongside this, I designed a beautiful online space to deliver my lovingly developed and carefully curated materials. I didn’t like the cookie cutter options available so our platform is bespoke and offers thoughtful user-friendliness that I personally enjoy.
When the word revolution came to me, I sat with it for awhile. I wanted to truly sync with what it entails. An instance of revolving. Constantly turning, shifting, adapting, changing and embracing. This program is designed to do just that – to help women evolve as they need.
To add a level of versatility to our program, we added a second offering – an immersive group experience where you learn differently – live taught, think tank, expert panels to practise with, gamified missions, prizes and accountability for a year.
